How We Train

A typical training session, begins with a warmup, followed by a combination of HIIT style training, Muay Thai and Kickboxing using Thai pad (Shown in photo) training.

As we begin lightly, we cool down at the end as well.

Sessions begin warming up the body via jump rope, shadowboxing or calisthenics.

The core of the session typically involves training punches, elbows, kicks and knees on Thai pads (as pictured above). This can be a cardio-bomb involving HIIT intensity, or it may be more focused or any number of technical aspects ranging from a focus on rhythm and breathing to live drilling or sparring.

Of course, the format may vary greatly according to the clients needs and goals; with some clients focusing exclusively on weight management and body sculpting, and other wanting to dabble in controlled one-on-one combat.
